Through a 3.5cm suprapubic incision, the bladder is incised and an access port is placed into the bladder. The single port robotic platform is docked and a transvesical robotic radical prostatectomy with limited pelvic lymph node dissection is performed without complication. Initial functional and oncological outcomes are reported.
