Robotic fluorescence-guided bile duct preserving pancreatic head resection with splanchnic neurectomy for chronic pancreatitis

Description

A novel technique of robotic bile duct preserving pancreatic head resection guided by indocyanine green fluorescence combined with splanchnic neurectomy is described in the video. The use of a robotic approach to perform this procedure has not been previously reported. The described procedure effectively targets the pacemaker of pain in the pancreatic head and the associated neurological component of pain.
