This is a novel technique of VVF repair , where in transverse cystotomy is given to identify and repair the fistula and a way to identify the vesicovaginal fold is described . Transverse cystotomy has multitude of advantages as we will be describing in the video. we have also described our results from performing this technique since last 5 years.
