Robotic cytoreductive reductive with level 3B IVC thrombectomy

Description

Cytoreductive nephrectomy and IVC thrombectomy after immunotherapy can be challenging to an adherent thrombus and may preclude a robotic approach. This video describes the robotic approach for a Level 3B IVC thrombus with suprahepatic IVC control and the Pringle manoever followed by the IVC tthrombectomy and nephrectomy below the liver in the lateral position.
