Single Port (SP) transvesical partial prostatectomy was performed through a 3cm suprapubic incision, followed by bladder incision and introduction of an access port into the bladder lumen. A portion of the prostate gland is removed using transrectal ultrasound fused with prostate MRI for intraoperative guidance.
