Presenting A case of infiltrating bladder endometriosis managed with a multidisciplinary team with excision and repair of the bladder endometriosis nodule using robotic surgery. Since it was a fertility preserving surgery anatomy was restored and tubal patency was checked. On follow up patient is symptom free and has conceived spontaneously.
