We present our initial experience in robotic ovarian transposition. A nineteen years old female presented to us as a case of Ca Lower Rectum, CT4aN1M0, adenocarcinoma; planned for total neoadjuvant therapy followed by reassessment for definitive surgery; with ovarian function preservation. The Robotic Bilateral Ovarian Transposition (Lateral Oophoropexy in iliac fossa) and Diversion Loop Sigmoid Colostomy was performed with Da Vinci Xi Robotic System
