Description
Our presentation is a video of robotic left lingular lobectomy with systematic mediastinal lymph nodal dissection. Highlight in our case is use of indocyanine green after clamping the vessels to the lingular lobe to isolate the lobe. It has been proven with recent studies that oncological outcomes are non inferior with segmentectomies as compared to conventional lobectomies. Use of ICG in these type of cases with small lesion can provide significant intraoperative help while performing segmentectomy and preserving lung parenchyma.
