Through a single sub-umbilical 3.5cm incision, the space of retzius is entered and an expanding balloon dissector is used to dilate the extraperitoneal space. A dedicated access port is inserted and the single port robot is docked. A robotic radical prostatectomy with bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection is demonstrated with initial outcomes reported.
