  • Retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) is gaining momentum for the of renal stones world-wide. The market for virtual reality simulators designed to simulate retrograde intrarenal kidney stone (RIRS) surgery, utilizing the flexible ureteroscopes, is exceedingly limited and dominated by a handful of simulators. The objective of our research is to carry out a pilot study and to provide a description of the first transportable low cost virtual flexible ureterorenoscopy simulator- Endoflexx simulator for treatment of renal stones.
